As a user of the previous webshop, your registered email address remain valid as your online user name. For data protection reasons, all existing customers must reset their password when they first log in to the new webshop.

Payment options and discounts
Tickets booked online can be purchased using a credit card, via SOFORT Überweisung or SEPA Direct Debit Scheme.
Our online shop offers regular-price tickets and reduced tickets for severely handicapped persons (80% disability and more please choose discount option 07). If further reductions are offered online for specific events, this will be noted directly in the shop near the event in question. To purchase tickets reduced for other reasons, please contact our Ticket Office personally or by phone (Tel. +49 (40) 35 68 58). Unfortunately, tickets cannot be reduced in price after they have been purchased.
If you are already registered as a customer online, please use your user name and passwort for your log-in. If your log-in is not successful, please re-register.
